Boating Accident

A 17 year old Bismarck man is seriously injured on the Missouri River this weekend Police say the man fell off a boat and was hit by the boats propeller He told police he was a passenger on a boat with a skier The skier fell down and the boat driver made a sharp turn to get him that s when the 17 year old fell out Police say the man has significant injuries to his right arm The North Dakota Game and Fish Department is investigating the case
