Coast Guard Searches for Haitian Boat Survivors

Coast Guard officials in boats airplanes and a helicopter scoured the warm shallow waters off the Turks and Caicos Islands on Tuesday for dozens of missing Haitians whose overloaded sailboat capsized July 28
